REFUND POLICY


If tickets were purchased on our website or through our mobile app, you can receive a refund up to 30 minutes before the printed showtime on the ticket/confirmation. You can request this refund through your confirmation email for purchases made via our website. Movie tickets purchased through our website and our mobile app include non-refundable convenience fees. 


Refunds or exchanges can be made at the theater. Tickets may be exchanged or refunded at the theater any time before the showtime. To exchange tickets purchased on our website or via our app at the theater, the credit card used in the purchase must be presented at the theater. Funds will be returned to the same payment card used to make the purchase. To refund tickets purchased on our website or via our app at the theater (minus the online fee), the confirmation number and credit card used in the online purchase must be presented at the theater to process a refund. Once the showtime for the ticket has passed, tickets are not refundable. For extenuating circumstances, please consult theater management.


For gift cards purchased at the theater or online, no refunds can be issued. All gift card sales are final.


CANCELLATION POLICY


Under extenuating circumstances, a movie may be cancelled. If this occurs, refunds and/or ticket exchanges will occur at the theater at the original show time. No refunds or exchanges can be done over the phone.
